Dafna Harlev — Co-CEO

• Graduated from Bar-Ilan University majoring in Economics and Business Administration.
• CEO of the Aviv Group since 2001.
• Served as CFO for over15 years prior to her CEO position in the Aviv Group.

Eyal Lev-Ari — Co-CEO

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics, Tel Aviv University.
• Engaged since 1991 in the initiation and development of real estate in Israel and abroad via the Arlon Group.



Iftach Alony — Vice President Business Development

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Town Planning from the Technion, Haifa.
• Master’s degree in Urbanism and Interdisciplinary Studies from the CCCB Institute, Barcelona.
• Engaged since 1991 in the initiation and development of real estate in Israel and abroad via the Arlon Group.
