Aviv Arlon was established in 2007 by two leading Israeli real estate companies, Aviv & Co. Ltd. and Arlon LLP, as a collaborative effort to initiate and develop real-estate projects abroad. At the end of 2009, the company began operating as a public company in Israel under the name of Aviv Arlon. Each of the companies brings years of knowledge and experience in offering complex engineering solutions for the development and construction of residential, commercial, and public building projects as well as various infrastructures in Israel and worldwide. The company's activities, which include initiating, acquiring, planning, constructing, and marketing of projects, are all conducted under the same roof.

Throughout the years, the company has specialized in challenging and sophisticated construction and entrepreneurial projects, by employing advanced technologies, utilizing top quality, state-of-the-art construction materials, and meticulous architectural planning overseen by the company's staff. The company’s current focus is on project development while tapping into employees’ potential to identify and select developing areas. The company has a wealth of experience in real estate improvement, increasing construction percentages, and carrying out intelligent investments in projects guaranteed to succeed in high demand areas throughout Israel and abroad. Throughout the years, the company's partners have initiated and launched many groundbreaking projects abroad including the shopping center Mall of Sofia and the Mall of Plovdiv in Bulgaria, the residential projects Duna Bay and Central Park in Budapest, Hungary. In Israel, the company built numerous projects that left their mark on the Israeli construction landscape: the Moshe Aviv Tower — Israel’s tallest skyscraper, with 69 floors. Just last year, the company completed the construction of Assuta Hospital, Israel’s largest and most advanced private hospital.
