Serbia

Serbia is a Balkan state, formerly part of Yugoslavia, with a population of 10 million. In October 2006, constitutional amendments were passed in an effort to minimize the centralization of power and bring Serbia closer to the West and to the European Union in particular.

In 2009, a new law was passed with the intention of making construction processes faster, more advanced, and more efficient. The Serbian government is working to encourage its residents to purchase apartments by offering citizens subsidies and tax abatements on their first residence. The capital, Belgrade, is currently enjoying growth in the housing area, thanks to better infrastructure and conditions, amongst other things.

The Gardenia project offers a variety of apartments: studio, 1.5, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 rooms, anywhere between 30 and 100 sq meters, modernly decorated with rich technical specifications and smart flexible planning. The apartments are especially illuminated with natural light and have balconies overlooking the landscape or the picturesque garden at the heart of the project.
