Serbia

Serbia is a Balkan state, formerly part of Yugoslavia, with a population of 10 million. In October 2006, constitutional amendments were passed in an effort to minimize the centralization of power and bring Serbia closer to the West and to the European Union in particular.

In 2009, a new law was passed with the intention of making construction processes faster, more advanced, and more efficient. The Serbian government is working to encourage its residents to purchase apartments by offering citizens subsidies and tax abatements on their first residence. The capital, Belgrade, is currently enjoying growth in the housing area, thanks to better infrastructure and conditions, amongst other things.

Intimate Location

The Gardenia residential and commercial complex is situated in Zvezdara, one of the areas of the old city of Belgrade, close to the central Karalaja Alexandra Avenue and Yustnika Street. The project is located in the area’s innermost streets with excellent access to public transportation. Near the complex, there are many transport networks that connect the area with the various parts of the city and provide quick and easy access to Autocomonda Junction, which leads to main international highways. In the near future, a tram station is planned to be erected in the vicinity of the project.

The Gardenia project offers a variety of apartments: studio, 1.5, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 rooms, anywhere between 30 and 100 sq meters, modernly decorated with rich technical specifications and smart flexible planning.
